Client
NDA project. An online project in a commercial niche, where search traffic was one of the key lead acquisition channels. The website already had some history, but the real potential of organic traffic had only been partially utilized.
Objectives
Before starting the work, together with the client we defined two main goals:
- to increase organic traffic for target keyword queries
- to create content on the website that would not only attract visitors from search engines but would also help solve specific business objectives: generate demand, warm up leads, and guide users toward inquiries or applications
It was important to achieve growth not only in terms of traffic volume but also in terms of traffic quality.
Initial Situation
The initial analysis showed that the website had potential, but was constrained by several systemic issues:
- a weak backlink profile: few high-quality external links and the presence of questionable link donors
- insufficient optimization of commercial landing pages: weak alignment with search queries and user intent
- a blog that barely contributed to the business: topics were disconnected from actual products and services, and internal linking was missing
- indexing issues: not all important pages were consistently indexed by Google, and some updates were indexed with delays
As a result, the site was losing to more aggressive and better-structured competitors, even though the products themselves were comparable.
Approach to Solving the Task
We chose a comprehensive strategy where technical, link-building, and content-related actions complemented each other.
Backlink Profile Optimization
The first task was to clean up the backlink profile. We:
- analyzed existing backlinks and identified those that were potentially harmful or provided no value
- developed and implemented a strategy to disavow low-quality links
- planned and executed safe link growth based on relevant, niche-related resources
This made it possible to gradually improve trust signals from search engines and build a foundation for further growth.
Work on Commercial Pages
The second direction focused on deeper optimization of commercial landing pages. We:
- analyzed competitors and search results for target queries
- reworked the structure and content so that pages better matched user intent
- adjusted metadata, content blocks, and internal links
The goal was for these pages to become a logical answer to commercial search queries while also effectively converting traffic into inquiries and orders.
Blog Relaunch and Internal Linking
A separate block of work focused on the content section of the site. The previous blog was almost completely disconnected from products and services. We:
- created a content plan aligned with business goals and search demand
- prepared detailed guidelines for article structure, presentation format, and keyword usage
- set up internal linking between blog content and commercial pages so users could naturally move from informational materials to the company’s offers
As a result, the blog began to function as a tool that not only attracts new traffic but also guides users toward target actions.
Improving Page Indexing
Another important step was simplifying the path for pages to enter the search index. We:
- created and configured an XML sitemap to help search bots better understand the site structure
- connected the Google Indexing API to notify Google more quickly about new and updated pages
This reduced delays in indexing important content and made the site’s search performance more predictable.
Results
The comprehensive implementation of the strategy produced results in the medium term. Over the cooperation period, we recorded an approximately 8x increase in organic traffic.

In addition to quantitative growth, the nature of the traffic also changed:
- more users started arriving via target commercial queries
- blog content began generating relevant demand and warming up leads
- commercial pages appeared more frequently in search results for queries with clear purchase intent
This had a direct impact on the business: the number of inquiries increased, and organic traffic became a more stable and predictable acquisition channel.

Next Steps
To maintain and strengthen the achieved results, it is important to view them not as a final point but as a new foundation for further growth. Recommended actions include:
- regularly updating content and expanding the content plan based on new queries and audience needs
- maintaining a healthy backlink profile by continuously monitoring donor quality and adding new relevant links
- periodically reviewing commercial pages and adapting them to changes in demand and competitive dynamics
- monitoring the indexing of new content and refining technical elements when necessary
This approach allows not only maintaining organic traffic at the achieved level but also gradually increasing it, turning SEO into one of the most stable and predictable growth channels.
We analyzed existing backlinks, identified low-quality or risky links, implemented a disavow strategy, and began safe link acquisition from relevant and authoritative resources. This strengthened search engine trust and created a solid foundation for organic growth.
We analyzed competitors and search intent, then reworked page structure, content, metadata, and internal linking. As a result, commercial pages began ranking more consistently for high-intent queries and converting traffic more effectively.
The blog was relaunched with a focus on business goals and search demand, using a clear content structure and internal linking to commercial pages. This allowed informational content to attract relevant traffic and guide users toward target actions.
We configured an XML sitemap and connected the Google Indexing API to speed up the indexing of new and updated pages. This reduced indexing delays and made search visibility more stable.
